My apartment is amazing!! Travis in maintenance is incredible and quick to help when needed! Definitely recommend everyone to live here especially since Travis and Chase have done an amazing job with remodels and getting everything up and running since old management.

I live here now! Just moved in. We are ecstatic to be here!!! Our view is outstanding!! The apartment itself is beautifully finished, quiet, and just what we all need. We live right by the train tracks and it does not matter. When trains go by you barely hear anything unless you have your windows open. I can't believe how quiet it is. You can not hear any other tenants. The apartment is so well insulated that you do not hear a thing.

Great place to have your folks. I had some friends just move in and really enjoy the ramps and elevators. So convenient to move in. Bottom units have vaulted ceilings. Big islands, quartz countertops, big rooms, new appliances, only needs some lighting in the parking. Managers and staff very responsive and helpful. If you looking into a home here you'll be pleasantly surprised.

5/5/23 update. We have stuck it out here as we feel they are truly making an effort to get the buildings and amenities taken care of, the new office manager Travis is wonderful and attends to any issues very quickly and is very helpful and easy to work with. Our balcony (see below) is still not perfect, but they have worked on this for us recently. So far, we are happy with our decision to stay. Looking forward to what they’ll bring improving next! Thank you Travis (property manager). Carrie (corporate contact for owners of the property) and Travis (maintenance). I appreciate each of you. ________________________________________ Love the floor plan and the location. Everything else is garbage. Management tells you they will follow up (just like they comment on each of these reviews) and then they don’t. Here is our balcony drain which was placed December of 2021. It was supposed to be finished no later that January 2022-after 30 days of entering whenever they needed to during the holidays. It is now May 9 and this ineffective eyesore is still on our balcony. This is one of a laundry list of issues here. I would not recommend renting here.

Haven't lived here long, but have been overly impressed with the property manager. She is easy to get ahold of and always quick to solve issues or respond to emails. I wish parking was a bit better and there aren't many amenities built yet, but it's a beautiful apartment in a great area.

I’ve lived here for over a year and I have had the best experience. Jacklyn is extremely responsive and always willing to help. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner, even emergencies on holidays. I’m moving out of state or I’d resign another lease. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I would recommend living here.

I moved into these apartments right when the buildings where finished I was the first tenant in my apartment and I’ve loved the experience this place has given me for the whole year of my lease so I’d highly recommend it to anybody looking for a nice location to stay in clearfield. Jacklyn in the leasing office helps and understands things as they come about. Wes the maintenance man very humble and makes sure to accommodate those having watever kind of issue weather it be in your apartment or outside

The apartments are so nice and spacious, we love the island kitchen and large walk in closets. Had a couple of issues with the construction when we first moved in but the staff has been so great about getting everything finished up for us. Wes does a great job with any of our requests and the manager is very helpful and quick to respond to our emails. It is rough to find additional parking and we've brought our concerns to the management, they are doing their best to open up more spots and we are hopeful that will change once construction is all done.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful and have great layouts. Especially the patio and kitchen. We love the floor plan so we decided to do a year lease. However the best experience so far has been the outstanding Property Manager Jacklyn. She’s been so patient and kind and was always answering my emails and phone calls whenever I had questions. She’s very nice, professional and easy going. When considering an apartment it makes you feel so much better knowing the property manager is easy to get ahold of and makes you feel comfortable.
