Lived here for a week now and the staff has been real helpful. The response on maintenance was quick. The amenities are nice and not packed. Great location in Downtown Clearfield.

overall, the place is nice, very nice location, next to main street that goes to layton or you’re very close to ogden, the amenities are also great! gym is very nice, pool and bbq area are my favorites! overall i enjoy this place

Maintenance
Love our apartment! The complex has come a long way since we moved in over 4 years ago. The maintenance guys Travis and Colton are amazing!!! 🤩

New management has been amazing! Kelsie is very prompt and professional. And the maintenance team is very respectful and as prompt as possible. We did have a few issues but they were quick in handling it as fast as possible. I love it here! Plus the view we have is amazing! My family feels safe which in my opinion is most important. Since we are in the middle of town everything is closed by another plus.

Clearfield junction is a great place to live. Conveniently close to I-15, which is great since I work in SLC. I recently upgraded to a three bedroom apartment which went perfectly well. Kelsie and Taya have been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend living here!
