We moved in about 10 months ago and have been enjoying living here. Everything is very well maintained.

I moved here from Southern California a few weeks ago. I did a lot of research on line and this place turned out to be exactly as advertised. I’m very happy with all of it. Kelsie, the manager is very helpful and takes care of details. Colton in maintenance, is great. He can fix anything and is super nice as well. I’m very happy to be here and plan to be here a long time

I have been living here for almost a whole year, and it has been nothing but wonderful. Kelsie, taya, and Colten have been an absolute blast of staff that regularly solve any and all issues anyone may have. Even though the balconies have been being worked of for what feels like years the management and maintenance team have been exceptional. 10/10 recommend

I have had such an incredible experience from the moment I walked through the office to tour the building. I knew this was going to be our new home. All of the staff has been incredibly nice and prompt to help in any way needed.

I have lived here since they opened their first building in 2020. There has been bumps and issues along the way like any place youll live. The new management & maintenance is by far the best they've had. Kelsie is very quick with her responses and how to get a issue resolved. The maintenance is also on top of any issue you might have & get it fixed right away. The amenities are all open and functional which is also a huge plus. The only thing that is a downside is parking sometimes. It's gotten SO much better! This issue is more tenant related than the complex itself since they're working towards more parking for everyone. Overall it has definitely improved in the time spent here and has become a better community to live in. I'd recommend living here.
